When your customer’s sewer lateral or other pipe needs rehabilitation, they want the work done as quickly as possible. Reducing the time you spend in the field on each job not only makes your customers happy but also gives you an opportunity to boost productivity and profitability.
Let’s take a look at how Masterliner’s wet out facility enhances our CIPP liners and the service you provide to your clients.
In our wet-out facility, we test each of the wet liners we produce. Our technicians check the thickness, impregnation of the resin, and quality of the bond between the resin and the liner. We make sure that there are no ripples, wrinkles, or gaps, so you’ll get a perfect result after installing and curing the liner at the job site. The impregnated liners are compatible with pipes up to 72 inches in diameter.
Delivery to the Job Site
Once we’ve tested, measured, and wrapped the wet liner at our impregnation facility, we ship it to the job site for you. This saves you time and allows you to reduce operational costs. We carefully fold and prepare the liner, so there’s minimal downtime for your crew.
In our state-of-the-art wet-out facility, we use specialized wet bags to maintain a consistent thickness and permeation of resin on the liner. The consistent thickness of the liner means easier and faster installation. When the resin has a uniform thickness, it’s easier to cure. Your customers will appreciate the rapid curing time and prompt restoration of their sewer laterals.
Our CIPP wet-out facility makes all of your projects go as smoothly as possible. We prepare the CIPP liner in advance, so all you have to do is install it. For more information about our wet-out facility and CIPP liners, reach out to us at Masterliner!
