When your customers need a segment repair or full-pipe rehabilitation, your crew may need to use a calibration hose. At Masterliner, we’ve designed all of our equipment, materials, and accessories for compatibility.
Let’s take a look at how our hoses and CIPP liners work together to deliver perfect results on every pipe restoration project.
Choose the Best Type of Liner
Customers with long pipes, segment leaks, or complex pipe configurations may not be able to use the same CIPP product liner types. Our calibrating tubes work on all liner types. The tubes perfectly inflate in pipes with one or more bends of 45 to 90 degrees. Your crew can select a pull-in liner, coated liner, Flex liner, or lateral liner based on the customer’s needs and specific environmental conditions.
Use Any Resin
We expertly designed our calibration tube products to work with all resins used in CIPP liners. The tubes work with epoxy, polyester, silicate, and vinyl ester resins. This allows your crew to address current issues with the pipe. The tubes work with one, two- and three-part resins with any curing time requirement. Their compatibility with steam, hot air, and ambient curing provides your crew with enhanced flexibility in the field.
Inflate to Any Size
Your customers may need a CIPP installation on small or large pipes. Our calibration hoses work on CIPP liners measuring three to 18 inches in diameter. This covers the needs of all residential customers and most commercial, industrial, and municipal clients.
CIPP lining products are robust solutions with a 50-year guarantee. When your crew pairs these durable liners with calibrating tubes, your installation will go as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
