As a plumbing contractor, you’ll have plenty of calls from customers who need rehabilitation of their sewer laterals. Most customers don’t like the idea of heavy equipment coming in to excavate their property for traditional pipe rehabilitation. Because of this, Masterliner has manufactured pull-in-place CIPP liner products for use in trenchless repairs since 1992.

Let’s take a look at the material behind our pull-in liners and how it ensures the success of every pipe rehabilitation project.

Material Behind our CIPP Pipe Liners

Our CIPP pipe liners are made from polyester felt. We use the highest grade of staple fibers available. The needle-punch configuration of the stable fiber allows the resin to form a continuous and strong bond with the fibers, which creates an impermeable, strong, and long-lasting coated liner.

    Properties of Coated Polyester Felt

CIPP liner products withstand temperatures up to 494 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior and exterior sides of the liners are fully coated with our resin, so nothing can seep in or leak out of the liner. Our liners have a life expectancy of 50 years. Choose a thickness of 1 to 100 millimeters and custom lengths ranging from one foot to hundreds of feet. Select a diameter of eight to 96 inches.

    Resin Compatibility of Our Liners

You can use any of our CIPP resins with our pull-in-place liner products. We ship dry, or you may choose to have them prepared in our high-tech wet-out facility.

    Applications

Use our pull-in-place lining products in heavy infiltration applications. They’re also ideal for tight spots and sectional repairs.

Our coated pull-in liner solutions are durable, economical, and safe. For most customers, it’s the only pipe repair they’ll ever need on their sewer lateral. To learn more about our CIPP liners or to get started offering this service, contact us at Masterliner Incorporated any time!
