AMBIENT RESINS
When performing many trenchless repairs, lengthy downtime is unacceptable. Clients want the project done as quickly as possible so they can get back to their usual activities. At Masterliner, our ambient cure resins offer many benefits to trenchless pipe repair projects. Ambient cure resin resists corrosion. It is designed for use in cured-in-place pipe repair and relining services. This resin is made of thixotropic vinyl esters, which confer a long lifespan and fast curing time.

TECHNICAL BENEFITS
Our epoxy resin lining meets and/or exceeds ASTM standards. It can be applied as a 0.25-inch laminate or a 0.125-inch cast. Its high hardness factor allows it to withstand heavy loads and rough impacts without deterioration.

Masterliner’s state-of-the-art wet-out facility can impregnate liners from 3” to 72”. We use only the finest resins and catalysts in the industry. We operate a CIPP wet-out facility designed to create long-lasting liners with consistently finished thicknesses. Masterliner has incorporated state-of-the-art design and technology to ensure that wet liners are in perfect condition before we ship them.

Consistency is everything when it comes to CIPP lining products. After passing through our wet-out tables, the liners have a uniform texture and thickness. The resin is free of wrinkles.
When CIPP liners pass through our wet-out system, they come out with a consistent finish. Once you have used CIPP liners that have gone through the wet-out process, you will no longer settle for anything less.
SPOT REPAIR PRODUCTS
Masterliner utilizes the highest-grade polyester staple fiber available in the marketplace. This polyester needle-punch felt staple is engineered for excellent bonding with chemical-resistant epoxy vinyl ester resins for cured-in-place sectional repair systems. The manufactured polyester needle-punch felt is coated with a clear geo-membrane.

After the pipe repair lining is applied to the damaged area, you apply air or steam to it. The curing process starts with the formation of cross-bridges. The liner creates a new pipe within a pipe. Complete functionality is quickly restored.
